How to Begin Using Rapid Screener:  These simple steps will get you up and running so you can begin ordering Rapid Screener.  We use high-grade encryption SSL Technology to provide you with the same level of security used by most banks.

Note:  If you are the psychologist or clinician who will be using Rapid Screener and you will be paying or can authorize payment, complete Step 1 and Step 2.  If you are setting up an account (Step 2), you will need to enter the name of a Qualified User who will be linked to this account.

Cost/Services Provided:  Rapid Screener costs $150 per assessment

  • This charge covers assessment of a single student or client using Rapid Screener by up to 10 raters at a given point in time. 

  • All raters can print out individual reports at the time they complete their ratings. 

  • A completed Multi-Rater Summary Report is forwarded to the referring psychologist or other referring professional who shares it with the family and/or team.

  • Contact each rater according to the method indicated by the referring clinician to initiate the Rapid Screener assessment process.  (If they have email, we can help "pre-fill" portions of the survey for raters which further speeds their completion time)

  • Provide the referring clinician with ongoing status reports as raters complete Rapid Screener

  • Provide each rater with an instant report of their survey results as they complete the survey

  • Once all raters have completed their ratings or the required 10 day period has elapsed, all rater data is analyzed and a multi-rater report is created

  • A copy of the report is sent to the referring clinician via encrypted email or any other means requested..

  • Free unlimited technical support is available to all raters, clinicians, and program staff
