| This is the fastest and easiest way to complete Rapid Screener. Provide the email address of the rater and we do the rest. We will track when they open their email, and provide an encrypted link that automatically enters their password and user information. All we need is an email address. | |
| Fax | If the rater does not have access to email, we can fax them a direction sheet containing their access information. Still fast and convenient. Best for users who do not have or are not comfortable with email. |

If the rater feels uncomfortable operating a computer, we will arrange to have them complete it at a nearby location, such as their child's school and coordinate with school or other organization personnel. If the school uses PC computers, we can log in remotely and help them complete it while remaining on the phone with them. |
