Referring Regional Center Clients

We are now approved to serve Regional Center clients between the ages of 8 and 17 years.  The following information should be shared with Regional Center counselors who are interested in referring students or clients for our programs:

This code is for the initial assessment to determine appropriateness for group and identify initial target behaviors.  It may be used for children and adults.
Amount to be funded for assessment:  $250
Flat rate per assessment.  Rate includes:  Initial Contact, Telephone Interview and Preassessment.  This is used for both children and adult groups
 
Child/Adolescent Groups: Subcode: "CHILD"
This code is to fund for the L.U.N.C.H. child/adolescent group and is for use for children 8-17 years of age
Amount to be funded for Group:  $1933.06**
$50.87 per hour, per consumer with a maximum of 38 hours total (rate includes Session Facilitation, Parent Group Facilitation, Token Economy, Web Site Development, and Post Assessment)
**There is a $25 per month materials fee paid by the client or his/her family for food and prizes
 
Adult Groups: Subcode:  "ADULT"
This code is to fund for the adult group and is for use for adults over 17 years of age
Amount to be funded for Group:  $2441.76
$50.87 per hour, per consumer with a maximum of 48 hours total (rate includes Session Facilitation, Parent Group Facilitation, Token Economy, Web Site Development, and Post Assessment)
